Your only deliverable on that initial call was your business card. Always hoping the next salesperson doesn’t have GURU.
What is the value of creating a chassis specification on your phone, with the Customer, and leaving the Detailed Chassis Report with the BUYER? A summary of what will work in their application prior to a massive time investment. Trading future research for immediate guidance and greatly improving the quality of the interaction and your personal credibility, regardless of your experience level.
