Emphasis on designing the truck as the correct instrument for the customers business need. Typical application is Heavy-Duty new truck sales staff.

This 2.5 day class is designed for sales employees that have worked in the industry and desire a higher level of understanding vehicle operation, which products are correct for over the road chassis, and how to reduce post-delivery rework. Emphasis on continual improvement over replication. Typical application is a sales person seilling Heavy-Duty new trucks, Heavy-Duty used truck sales staff, or Medium-Duty new truck sales people with more then six months experience.
