Z-factor Consultation was born to bridge the gap between order ->engineer -> deliver.  In an effort for customers to take delivery of the order-vision product, sales personnel need to understand truck basics, engineering practices, and how/when to communicate with engineering.

With command of the component interactions salespeople are equipped to deal with changes and quickly determine the impact to their customer.  When assistance is needed the Z-factor team is available for consultation.

Knowing that conditions and products changes constantly, and that learning is an on-going experience, Z-factor Consultation launched Zfactorconnect as our means of support to the trucking community.
